Founded in 2014 in Tunis by Molka Othmani and Ramy Lassoued, Creative Associates is an architecture firm that supports its clients from the initial concept all the way to project completion.
With a comprehensive and integrated approach, the firm provides all the resources needed to bring unique, well-crafted projects to life.
Since its establishment, Creative Associates has successfully delivered numerous projects in Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, and Algeria, thus demonstrating its expertise on an international scale.

At Creative Associates, we approach every project as a meeting point between creativity, functionality, and identity.
Our mission is to design spaces that inspire and genuinely respond to the needs of their users—whether residential, commercial, office, or industrial projects.
Based in Tunis since 2014, our firm operates across the entire country.
In 2016, we completed our first collaboration in Saudi Arabia, in Taif—an important milestone that opened the door to many other projects, ranging from private homes to full residential complexes.
In 2018, a new chapter began in Algeria with the renovation of the Rouiba factory headquarters, marking a significant step in our international expansion.
This geographical openness enriches our vision and strengthens our ability to adapt each concept to its cultural and environmental context.
